These five giant postcards (23 x 18 cm) are part of a handful of Colortone images that Jack and Isabel Haynes kept in production from 1937 till possibly as late as 1965 [Saunders, 121]. They feature full-bleeds and a divided back, and were printed on linen by Curt Teich & Co. of Chicago. While Saunders cites six designs of the Giants, he lists only five in his postcard checklist, of which this set is missing Geyser Hill, Upper Geyser Basin [10130], and Lower Falls from Below [37047E].
